With our standard machines, reinforcement cages of diameters from 100 mm up to 6,000 mm can be produced in endless lengths, whereas for example the production of cages having a conical design or of bells only need corresponding programming. Diameters as well as the quantity of the reinforcement wires etc. are variable. There is no limit to the length of the reinforcement cage.
ZUEBLIN Automatic Cage Welding Machines are designed as unit construction systems which enables our customers to be flexible in considering the individual interests and requirements. A special version of the ZUEBLIN Automatic Cage Welding Machine produces polygonal reinforcement cages also sells very well. With this machine, reinforcement cages for pillars and supporting beams can be manufactured as well as reinforced concrete elements, foundation piles etc.
A special creation completing our large range of production is the welding machine for the production of flexible reinforcement cages with „zig-zag“ longitudinal wires.
